* I have conducted groups for those who are bereaved since 1987 and have long experience and expertise of offering counselling and therapy support to those who have suffered a loss of any kind.
* You may need extra help following a particular experience such as a sudden loss, separation, divorce, relationship break up, or bereavement, death of a loved one. The natural feelings we all have at these times should not need to be faced alone.
* Also, at these times, those around you may find it difficult to know how to give support and may be experiencing similar difficulties themselves. This is when to seek professional help.
* You may wish to see a counsellor alone or you find group therapy with a group therapist helps. Gentle sharing and support in a small group of no more than seven others, who are experiencing similar painful times, can aid healing and enable you to move forward.

* This group meets in the evening to help clients attend who work or care for children.
* It meets weekly for one and a half hours.
* The group has no more than seven members and is of long term support.
