I work with an anger management group, anxiety management group, stress management group and bereavement group.

I believe my services are among the best. My goal is always to deliver effective therapy.

Below is a short list of the services I offer : 

SERVICE A - Group Therapy in a small group, usually six or seven people, meeting weekly for one and a half hours. Fees typically from £13- £23 per session. 

SERVICE B - Couples Therapy, meeting weekly or for a one day workshop following an initial assessment at which a focus for our work is agreed. Fees typically from £35 - £55 per session

SERVICE C - Individual Therapy, either short term for six weeks or open ended, weekly 50 minute sessions. Fees from £35 - £50. 

SERVICE D - Supervision, integrative in approach, including group supervision. Fees are currently £15 per week in a group of four.
