How much will my treatment with a group psychotherapist, group analyst cost? A group psychotherapist fees, charges, near to London, Essex, Kent
Answer
This varies according to you need. As a group analyst I operate a sliding scale of fees, charges for therapy. I endeavor to offer therapy to all regardless of means and arrange low cost work to those on low income and therapy is provided free where appropriate. I indicate my charges below. The fee paid for therapy indicates a value to the work and the person engaging in it. Each session has a cost in commitment of time and money which the group analyst and client meet.
ASSESSMENT - Fees typically £35 - low fee assessment and work ( typically £15 and £10 ongoing ) offered by Phoenix in East London HERE.
SERVICE A - Group Therapy in a small group, usually six or seven people, meeting weekly for one and a half hours. Fees typically from £13- £23 per session.
SERVICE B - Couples Therapy, meeting weekly following an initial assessment at which a focus for our work is agreed. Fees typically from £35 - £55 per session
SERVICE C - Individual Therapy, either short term for six weeks or open ended, weekly 50 minute sessions. Fees from £35 - £50.
SERVICE D - Supervision, integrative in approach, including group supervision. Fees are currently £15 per week in a group of four.
