* The therapy group meets on a Thursday evening between 7.30pm and 9pm at the practice in Dagenham, near to Dagenham Heathway station and accessible to both the M11, M25 A13 and A12/Eastern Ave by road, accessible to London, Kent, Essex. Currently there are spaces. Membership is open to all.
* This therapy group offers a safe, confidential space to explore your own issues alongside others experiencing, perhaps, similar thoughts feelings and conflicts.
* Cost effective, low cost, support with anxiety, stress, feelings of anger or aggression and low self worth, to patients from group counselling, psychotherapy.
* Perhaps you are questioning the meaning to your life, seek self esteem or are experiencing bereavement, hurt or loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties or breakdown.
* Groups may also be of help for personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessions, obsessive compulsive behaviour and phobia such as agoraphobia.
* Clients attend from across East London and South Essex. The practice is easily reached from the M25, A127, North Circular, M11 and by train to Dagenham Heathway underground station on the District Line. On the bus, we are by bus stops for 175, 174, 173.

The therapy group is meeting in the evening, weekly for one and a half hours on Thursdays. The group presently has places available. (It will grow to no more than 7 members). It is conducted by Roger Lloyd, a group psychotherapist, UKCP registered, member of FPC, BAGP, BACP. The focus of the group is the exploration of feelings which inhibit us or prevent our leading life to the full. Membership can offer encouragement and support to make changes within your own life.
Membership of the group is determined by an assessment with Roger. The fee for this is initial meeting is £33. Group fees are discussed individually, typically they range from £13 to £23 per session, paid monthly in advance.
