   our main centre of counsellors in Dagenham offers one day courses and evening appointments to 9pm

     an associate psychotherapist in Camden, a counsellor working at London Bridge, Liverpool Street station

     at the first appointment or assessment the therapist will explain to you how counselling or therapy, psychotherapy will work and consider with you the way forward including what approach would benefit you and the focus for counselling work

     agree a contract with you including an agreed fee for the work, times for your contact, break dates, issues of confidentiality and professional accountability

To help with initial anxiety and stress as to what happens at your first counselling session
